At an early age Andy developed a passion for reading as well as tabletop gaming. He earned a Bachelors of Fine Art from St. Louis University, and a Masters of Fine Art from Fontbonne University, all the while he worked part time at the local public library, which only furthered his addiction to reading.
Throughout these years he continued his love of table top role playing games. Upon completion of his degree he decided to embark on his own adventure. For twelve years he taught English in China. He’s lived in Xi’an, Chengdu, Nanchang and Tai’an.
During his time abroad he published two short stories. The World Bearer appeared in the Zimbel House anthology After Effects. The other is White Lotus of Qinling Mountains which appeared in the Temptation Press anthology Intimate Moments.
